Your guide will send you an itinerary created based on your requests.

Important Note

  • The minimum necessary expenses for your guide (Entrance fee or minimum necessary orders at restaurants and bars etc.), are the responsibility of the participant​
     

  • This is walking tour, but transportation options such as trains, buses, or taxis can be arranged upon request. In such cases, the costs will be borne by the participants.​
     

  • We do not offer reservation services for restaurants, facilities, or events. However, it is possible for you to make the reservation yourself and have the guide accompany you​.
     

  • If you have any allergies, health conditions, or are pregnant and require special considerations, please be sure to inform us at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour date: Full refund.

  • Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the tour start time: Full refund after deducting an itinerary preparation fee of JPY 5,000.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour or no-shows: No refund
